Step-by-Step Guide:

1. Prepare a Double or Triple Batch:

To ensure you have an ample supply of frozen lemonade, begin by preparing a double or triple batch of the syrup and lemon juice. By doing so, you'll have enough to last for multiple servings.

2. Combine Syrup and Lemon Juice:

Once you have your batch of syrup and freshly squeezed lemon juice, combine the two in a mixing bowl. The mixture should be well-blended to ensure a consistent flavor throughout your frozen lemonade.

3. Freeze in a Zip-lock Bag:

To freeze your homemade lemonade, transfer the combined syrup and lemon juice into a zip-lock bag. Ensure that the bag is sealed tightly, leaving no room for air to enter. Laying the bag flat helps in achieving an even distribution of the liquid, making it easier to thaw and mix later on.

4. Add Water When Ready to Drink:

When the time comes to enjoy your homemade lemonade, remove the frozen zip-lock bag from the freezer. Thaw it at room temperature until the mixture is partially slushy. At this point, you can add the desired amount of cold water to dilute the mixture to your preferred taste. Stir gently to combine, and your refreshing homemade lemonade is ready to be savored.

Freezing homemade lemonade is a fantastic way to ensure instant refreshment during hot summer days. Following this straightforward method, you can prepare a double or triple batch of lemonade syrup and juice, freeze it, and conveniently add water whenever you're ready to enjoy a glass.
