Homemade Dijon Mustard Vinaigrette
This is a perfect salad dressing for spring and summer when greens are in season. It's light, delicious, a little sweet, a little tangy, and simple to make.
Dijon Vinaigrette Ingredients
¼ Cup of vinegar
½ Cup of olive oil or avocado oil
6 Teaspoons of lemon juice, or juice of one lemon
2 Tablespoons of dijon mustard
¼ Teaspoon parsley ( optional )
1 Tablespoon honey
1 Teaspoon salt
A pinch of pepper
Instructions
Whisk all ingredients in a bowl. Store in the fridge. Yes, that's it! It is that simple!
Honey Mustard Sauce Ingredients
¼ cup honey
¼ cup yellow or dijon mustard
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ cup mayonnaise
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
3 teaspoons lemon juice
Whisk all ingredients in a bowl until smooth and store in an airtight container in the fridge. You can also use a blender. Mason Jars are perfect to store the dressing in. Enjoy!
